Exchange & Refund Policy

At URYANS, we take great care in crafting and packaging every piece of Christian wall art. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Exchange & Refund Policy below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a replacement or exchange if:
- The product arrives damaged during shipping.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Customized or personalized wall art.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Products returned without their original packaging.
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If your exchange request is approved, we will dispatch the replacement product at no additional shipping cost. Exchange is available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please take photographs before opening it and contact our support team immediately.
